1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 21 years old to purchase our chocolate liqueurs. By ordering, you confirm you meet this age requirement.

2. Products & Pricing

  • We offer chocolate liqueurs in White Chocolate and Triple Chocolate varieties.
  • Prices are listed in USD and subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product.

3. Orders & Payment

    • After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation.
    • We accept major credit cards and PayPal.
    • All sales are final unless the product arrives damaged (see Section 5).

4. Shipping & Delivery

    • We ship within the continental US only.
    • Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days.
    • An adult signature (21+) is required upon delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos for a replacement or refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (images, logos, text) is owned by Chocolat Del Stg and may not be used without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of our products or website.
